Welcome to our November Newsletter! October was packed with incredible community engagement and meaningful activities. We were proud to participate in the 12th Annual ‘Stepping into a Better YOU’ health fair and ‘Walking for a Better Tomorrow’ event at the
Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino. This event brought together attendees from Mescalero, Otero, and Lincoln Counties, in New Mexico to foster health and wellness. Special thanks to our team members—Trina Wilson, Charlotte Fellenz, Kristy Rodgers, and
Gabriel—who represented us with great enthusiasm.
We also enjoyed hosting another engaging Bingo Day at the Clinton Senior Center in Clinton, TN on October 17th, where we connected with local seniors and brought joy to the community. Additionally, our Trunk or Treat events at Three Rivers Estates Senior Living and Memory Care, Downtown Harriman and participation in the Department of Energy/Cold War Patriots Appreciation Day added more memorable moments to the month.
As we step into November, we celebrate National Family Caregivers Month, recognizing the vital role caregivers play in supporting loved ones.

Honoring National Family Caregivers Month
November marks National Family Caregivers Month, a time dedicated to recognizing and honoring the invaluable contributions of family caregivers across the country. These dedicated individuals selflessly devote their time, energy, and love to support those who are unable to fully care for themselves due to age, illness, or disability.
Family caregivers are the unsung heroes of healthcare, providing essential support that ranges from helping with daily activities like bathing and dressing to managing medical appointments, coordinating treatments, and administering medications. Their efforts not only improve the quality of life for their loved ones but also contribute significantly to the healthcare system by allowing individuals to remain in their homes rather than needing long-term care facilities.
At Haven Home Health Care, we understand the importance of caregiving and strive to provide services that complement and support the efforts of family caregivers. Whether through skilled nursing, case management, or aide services, our team works collaboratively with families to ensure that their loved ones receive the best care possible and allowing them to focus on what matters most: spending meaningful time with their loved ones.
A Month to Celebrate and Reflect
National Family Caregivers Month is a time to celebrate and acknowledge the dedication of caregivers, advocate for their needs, and spread awareness of the vital role they play in our society. This November, let’s show our appreciation for family caregivers everywhere and commit to supporting them in any way we can.
To all caregivers: we see you, we appreciate you,and we honor your tireless commitment and care.Thank you for all that you do.
