Responsibilities of an Office Specialist::

  • Order Processing: Manage medical orders, prescriptions, and supplies to maintain smooth operations and ensure patients receive the care and equipment they need.

  • Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office functions, including record-keeping, communication management, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Team Support: Act as the central point of contact for clinicians, patients, and families, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.

  • Problem Solving: Address challenges as they arise, finding efficient solutions that keep our team and patients on track.
